Committed shift
We are offering you the flexibility to choose which shifts you apply for and we expect that you are available for those shifts once you are selected. Cancelling a shift you have been hired for has a negative impact on clients who hired you and it can affect
your rating.
1.2 Cancel
24h or more
In the app, click on your picture top of the screen. From the dropdown menu select “Jobs” Select “Applied” and choose the job you would need to cancel. Swipe left to cancel shifts and Proceed. Now select the shift or shifts you would like to cancel and press “Cancel”.
2.1. Cancel less than 24h
before the shift:
You can withdraw from a shift after you’ve been hired for it through the app. Before you cancel the shift you need to call us on a call on 020 8381 4995 and send us an email at welcome@apprapid.co.uk to make sure our dedicated team is following up and replacing you for the shifts. If you fail to inform us you will have your account deactivated as it will be considered a no-show.
In your email and phone call, please make sure you include the details of the shift you are withdrawing from including:

Reason for your withdrawal

During out of office hours and weekends please call 07958 727981 .
Inform us about it
If you fail to inform us you will have your account deactivated as it will be considered a no show.
In your email and phone call, please make sure you include the details of the shift you are withdrawing from including: Your full name, Date and time of the shift, Client name, Job title, Reason for your withdrawal.
