After posting a job on AppRapid, candidates suitable for the position will be notified and given the option to apply or accept an invitation, depending on the shift assignment chosen by you. The job's details, location, pay rates, and dates will be visible to candidates to help them determine if the position is a good fit for them. You will receive notifications as soon as they receive apply for the shifts and you will be able to review and hire them.

 

If the job is posted on automatic assignment, you will be notified as soon as the position is filled.
